Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, and refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description contained in such information, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from such information alone (personal identification information) such as the insurer number of a health insurance card.

Article 2 (Method of Collection)

The Company may collect and store the following information when Users use the Service:

  • Account information (email address, name, etc., provided by authentication providers)
  • Dialogue logs (chat content with AI)
  • Mood logs (emotional data recorded by Users)
  • Payment information (managed by a payment processing company; the Company does not directly hold it but may refer to information such as payment status)

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To answer inquiries from Users (including identity verification)
  • To send necessary communications such as maintenance and important notices
  • To identify Users who have violated the Terms of Service or who intend to use the Service for potential unlawful or improper purposes and to refuse their use
  • To bill usage fees in paid plans
  • Analysis to improve the accuracy of AI responses (processed as statistical data that cannot identify individuals)

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of use is relevant to that before the change.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

1. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the User's consent in advance, except in the following cases, or as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

2. The Service may transmit input text data to external AI service providers (Google Cloud Platform, OpenAI, etc.) for AI response generation. These data are managed based on the terms of the AI service, and appropriate measures such as settings not to be used as training data (opt-out) are taken.

3. Necessary information may be provided to payment processing companies (Stripe, etc.) for payment processing.
