Terms of Service

Article 1 (Introduction)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided on this website by Kokoro no Sustaina (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are requested to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for the Service shall be completed when an applicant applies for registration in a manner determined by the Company and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activities
  • Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's, other Users', or third parties' servers or networks
  • Acts of using information obtained from the Service commercially
  • Acts of using the Service for unlawful purposes

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following grounds exist:

  • When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the Service
  • When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. This Service is a mental care support and entertainment service using AI (Artificial Intelligence) and fortune-telling methods such as Tarot. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, advice, or professional counseling.

2. If you continue to feel unwell physically or mentally, or in cases of high urgency such as suicidal ideation, please consult a medical institution or a specialized consultation service immediately.

3. The accuracy, reliability, and completeness of AI responses and Tarot results are not guaranteed. Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility, and the Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the results of the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users if deemed necessary. If a User starts using the Service after a change to these Terms, the User is deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
